Liverpool midfielder, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has reportedly had a successful knee ligament surgery on Thursday.
Chamberlain suffered the injury during Liverpool’s first leg Champions League semi-final against Roma in Anfield last month.
The 24-year-old wrote on his Twitter, “Knee surgery was a success and the hard work has already begun”

The England international who has been enjoying a fantastic season since his January transfer move to Liverpool will miss the World Cup after injury also ruled him out of Euro 2016 Nation Cup.
He is expected to be fit in time before the start of the 2018-2019 season.
