The latest FIFA-Coca Cola rankings released on Thursday sees the Super Eagles of Nigeria maintaining their 47th position in the World.
The Eagles are also unmoved in the same sixth position they were in last month’s rankings.
Meanwhile, there was no movement also for Super Eagles World Cup opponents of Argentina, Croatia and Iceland as they all retained their last month’s positions, 5th, 18th and 22nd respectively.
The Super Eagles next World Cup warm-up opponents, DR. Congo also remains in their previous 38 in the World and 3rd in Africa while Nigeria’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations Group E qualifying opponents of South Africa, Libya and Seychelles are also unmoved from their last month’s Africa ranking of 15th, 21st and 51st respectively.
The top ten best football countries in the world are Germany, Brazil, Belgium, Portugal, Argentina, Switzerland, France, Spain, Chile and Poland.
FIFA will release the next rankings June 7, 2018, three days after the submission of the World Cup list.
