Algeria forward, Riyad Mahrez could complete his transfer switch to Manchester City from Leicester City this week.
The Leicester City forward almost joined the Premier League champions in the January transfer but his club blocked the move despite Mahrez handing in an official transfer request.
With a mouthwatering £60m transfer fee reportedly tabled for the player by City, Leicester could be forced to sell the player who scored 13 goals in 41 appearances for the Foxes last season.
Mahrez and his Algerian teammate, Slimani are not yet back to training with the rest of the Leicester City players who resumed training on Monday ahead of the 2018-2019 seasons due to their involvement in international friendly for their country on June 7.
