The Olukoya Boys bounced back to winning ways after losing two games in a row as they continued to struggle this season.

The hosts took charge of the game in the first half and almost came close to scoring but MFM FC goalkeeper, Nasamu Emmanuel was brave to deny Ekene Awazie and Patrick Ikeokwu.

The visitors would then score the lone goal in the 59th minute through Balogun Alada who connected perfectly with Akuneto to shot inside the net.

The Anambra Warriors almost levelled in the 70th minute through Pascal Seka as his spot kick was parried by MFM goalie Nasamu Emmanuel.

The victory took MFM to 11th place from their 13th position and 30 points from 24 matches in the current 2017-2018 NPFL season.
