Real Madrid captain, Sergio Ramos has been left off the hook as UEFA says it will not take any action against him.
Ramos was picked by the camera to have clashed with Liverpool goalkeeper, Loris Karius in the UEFA Champions League final in Kiev last weekend.
The Europe football governing body says a disciplinary rule which allows cases to be opened for serious misconduct not seen by the match officials ‘is not applied in this case,’
It also noted that no party made any formal complain about the incident, hence they cannot open any disciplinary case.
Ramos have been heavily criticised also by football fans mostly Liverpool fans and Egyptian fans for his tackle on Mohamed Salah which led to the Egyptian player dislocating his shoulder in the game and place his World Cup outing with the Pharaohs in jeopardy.
