Vice-Chairman and Games Captain of the swimming section of Ikoyi Club, Oloyede Obatoyinbo has praised Zenith Bank for its decision to partner with the Club in their inter-school competition.
The event will see twenty-four schools participate in this year’s Ikoyi Club swimming competition for both primary and secondary schools in Lagos State.
Twelve primary schools and twelve secondary schools will compete for honours in the catch them young inter-school event, and 33 events will be staged on each day.
Obatoyinbo lauds the Championship sponsor, Zenith Bank for its decision to collaborate with the club for the event.
“The partnership was mutual. We had our objective and Zenith was willing to help in raising the sport from the grassroots level. We look forward to the tournament every year,”
The championship begins on Saturday 21- April 28 at Ikoyi Club.
