NFF/AITEO young player of the year, Samuel Chukwueze has proclaimed much respect for Bayern Munich and Dutch left-footed star player, Arjen Robben.
According to the Super Eagles’ left winger, Robben, who is one of the oldest players in Bayern Munich, is his biggest influencers and he copies his style of play.
Chukwueze, just like Arjen Robben is left-footed and plays as a winger with super speed, good footwork abilities coupled with an adventurous play that allows him to create goal scoring chances for his teammates.
The 19-year-old has become a key player for the Spanish club, Villarreal and has been described by Villarreal top shot, Santi Cazorla as a rookie with good playing prowess that cannot easily be ignored.
Chukwueze started his football career at the age of five at Future Hope Academy and later, the Diamond Football Academy he was at his best in the 4-4 home draw to Barcelona where he got a goal with an assist and now has four goals in 19 league games with two assists.
