Eagles Extend Unbeaten Streak To Five After Cranes Stalemate

Nigeria-Super Eagles-vs-Uganda
Super Eagles extended their unbeaten streak to five games following their goalless draw against the Cranes of Uganda on Tuesday at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba.
The Eagles last lost a game on June 26, 2018, in their last group game against Argentina at the Russia 2018 World Cup and have since then played five games without losing.
Having booked a ticket to next year’s African Nations Cup in Cameroon following their 1-1 draw against South Africa last weekend,  the Eagles who were playing their first game at the newly constructed Stephen Keshi Stadium failed to record their first victory or first goal in the Stephen Keshi stadium.
Also, the game would have seen them closed up the gap on Uganda who boost more victories in all games against Nigeria.
Both teams have now met eight times in with the Cranes defeating the Super Eagles four times while having two draws while the Eagles won just two.
