How Lingard’s Provocative Moonwalk Inspired Us – Leno

Arsenal, goalkeeper Bernd Leno during a recent interview has revealed how Manchester United winger, Jesse Lingard’s ‘annoying’ moonwalk goal celebration was the Gunners’ motivation to defeat Manchester United on last Sunday at the Emirates Stadium.

According to the 27-year-old German stopper, Lingard got on their nerves when he did the awkward celebration in front of Arsenal fans after he scored in the Fourth-round match of the FA Cup in which United defeated Arsenal 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium in January. Lingard also took to his twitter page and uploaded the video, setting the location as a dancefloor.

Lingard was unable to play the game on Sunday because of a hamstring injury he sustained in a match against Liverpool on 24th of February, just 12 days after the first hamstring injury sustained in the first leg of Champions League round-of-16 match against Paris Saint-Germain.
