Poland 2019: Flying Eagles To Play Qatar In Opening Game

Nigeria Flying Eagles will kick off their FIFA U-20 World Cup group game against Qatar on Friday May 24 2019 at the Tychy Stadium in Poland.

The 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland will begin Thursday May 23rd with hosts Poland taking on Colombia at the Lodz Stadium in Poland.

The Eagles who are drawn in Group D alongside USA, Ukraine and Qatar will begin their quest to conquer the world when they take on Qatar 6:00pm after they finished fourth in the just concluded CAF U-20 tournament in Niger Republic.

The Flying Eagles will then take on USA in their second group game on May 27th at the Bielsko –Biala Stadium before playing Ukraine in the last Group D game May 30th at the same Bielsko-Biala Stadium with both games scheduled to be played by 8:30pm.

The tournament which will kick start May 23rd will end June 15 with six Stadiums namely Lodz, Lublin, Gdynia, Tychy, Bydgoszcz and Bielsko-Biala set to host 24 countries.

The Lodz Stadium will host the opening and final game , the semifinal games will be played at the Lublin and Gdynia Stadium while Gydnia will be used for the third place match.
