However, Sfaxien took the lead in the 71st minute and could barely finish celebrating their goal when Rangers responded immediately through Pape Ousmane in the 73 minutes to share the spoils as both teams defended excellently to avoid conceding.
Rangers next game will be against Etoile Du Sahel in Tunisia on February 24.
